We went to a Mexican restaurant tonight that we dearly love. It’s called El Torero in Duluth, GA. The people working there are so nice and it’s almost like they know us by now, one in particular. The owners are very nice and are always up for a word. The food is amazing and they have Chilaquiles…which I judge Mexican restaurants on, especially if they do not have it on their menu. I’m sorry, but this is a dish that is not complicated to make and it’s so good. If the restaurant doesn’t have it on their menu, I will more than likely never go there.
