The Gay Life of a Country Boy

Take a minute of your  time and go by http://www.gayamericanheroes.info/ and see what’s going on with the Rainbow Memorial, A National Memorial to Celebrate their Lives.  There have been too many people killed because of their lives.  People, in general, are as wild as beasts roaming around the jungle.  It takes teaching and compassion, something that isn’t found in abundance these days, to get people to understand that the GLBT community is not full of child molesters, drug addicts, and sexual deviants.  We need to do all we can to get our message out there for the world to hear.  We’re not aliens. We’re your mothers and fathers, your aunts and uncles, your brothers, sisters, and cousins.  We’re your teachers, doctors, pastors, and government officials.  But what we want most of all is to be your friends.
